Summary: The Lead Full Stack Engineer role focuses on leading the development of digital products using .NET and React in a hybrid working environment. The position requires a hands-on technical leader to oversee both frontend and backend development, ensuring the delivery of secure and scalable applications. The role also involves acting as the Tech Lead and Product Owner, guiding the team in planning and delivery processes. Candidates should possess strong experience in C#, .NET, React, and TypeScript, along with a solid understanding of testing and API integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership as Tech Lead and Product Owner.
- Oversee architecture, delivery, and engineering excellence across web apps, APIs, and cloud-native systems.
- Refine requirements and manage planning and delivery processes.
- Develop backend systems and services using C# / .NET.
- Deliver performant, scalable frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
- Integrate and consume RESTful APIs.
- Ensure comprehensive testing, including unit tests and security checks.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in C# / .NET.
- Strong experience in React and TypeScript.
- Solid experience with RESTful APIs.
- Strong testing experience.
- Experience with cloud-native applications, preferably in Azure.
- Experience with Event Driven systems and Event Sourcing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Test-Driven Design (TDD) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

This person will act as the Tech Lead and Product Owner, providing technical leadership and doing planning and delivery, refining requirements, etc.
Must haves:
- Strong experience in C# / .NET to developer backend systems and service development
- Strong experience in React and TypeScript to deliver performant, scalable frontend apps
- Strong testing experience – from unit tests to accessibility and security checks
- Solid experience integrating and consuming RESTful APIs
Highly Desirable:
- Building and running cloud-native apps, ideally in Azure (will consider AWS and GCP)
- Worked on Event Driven systems and Event Sourcing
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Test-Driven Design (TDD) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
