Summary: The Lead Full Stack Developer will be responsible for the technical design and architecture of modernized .NET/Azure applications, while also mentoring other developers and overseeing DevOps processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and architecture of the modernized .NET/Azure applications.
- Author the Detailed Design Document, including component diagrams, data flows, and API specifications.
- Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor other developers.
- Serve as the lead technical resource for troubleshooting complex integration challenges.
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
Key Skills:
- A minimum of 8+ years of professional software development experience.

- Experience architecting solutions for modernizing legacy applications and deep knowledge of secure coding practices (OWASP Top 10).
