Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and mentor a small team of developers, ensuring best practices in development and deployment
• Work closely with various business teams to create scalable, user-focused solutions for the E-commerce platform
• Develop and maintain both Front End and Back End components, delivering end-to-end solutions that are reliable and efficient
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing the latest technologies and best coding practices

Key Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in React & React Native development
• Expertise in Redux for efficient state management
• Strong Full Stack Development skills, including JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Back End development knowledge
• Proven ability to build modern, high-performance, and responsive Front End applications
• Excellent communication skills - able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
