Lead Enterprise Architect - Insurance

Summary: The Lead Enterprise Architect role focuses on overseeing a critical project within a leading Insurance client. The position requires extensive experience in enterprise architecture specifically within large-scale Insurance or Financial Services organizations. The role is hybrid, based in London, and offers a competitive daily rate. The contract duration is for 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate teams of Enterprise Architects across complex programmes.
• Develop and implement Enterprise Architecture strategies across Insurance or Financial domains.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation.
• Identify genuine gaps and effectively utilize resources and capabilities.
• Engage with stakeholders and influence at C-suite level.
• Work on major transformation programmes (Digital, Automation or Connectivity).
• Manage line of business systems, including Data Warehouse.
• Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Travel within the UK as required.

I am currently partnered with a leading Insurance client, who are looking to hire a Lead Enterprise Architect to work on a business-critical project.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lead Enterprise Architect within large-scale Insurance or Financial Services organisations
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify genuine gaps and know how to utilise resources and capabilities effectively
• Experience working on major transformation programme (Digital, Automation or Connectivity)
• Expertise in developing and implementing Enterprise Architecture strategies across Insurance or Financial domains
• Experience of line of business systems (including Data Warehouse)
• Skilled in producing and maintaining comprehensive architecture documentation
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate teams of Enterprise Architects across complex programmes
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing at C-suite level
• Flexibility to travel within the UK
