Summary: The Lead Enterprise Architect role focuses on overseeing a critical project within a leading Insurance client, requiring extensive experience in enterprise architecture specifically in the Insurance or Financial Services sectors. The position demands exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to lead teams while engaging with stakeholders at the C-suite level. The role is hybrid, based in London, and is expected to last for six months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of Enterprise Architecture strategies across Insurance or Financial domains.
- Identify gaps and effectively utilize resources and capabilities in major transformation programs.
- Produce and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation.
- Coordinate teams of Enterprise Architects across complex programs.
- Engage with stakeholders and influence at the C-suite level.
- Travel within the UK as required.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Lead Enterprise Architect in large-scale Insurance or Financial Services organizations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Experience in major transformation programs (Digital, Automation, or Connectivity).
- Expertise in line of business systems, including Data Warehouse.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Flexibility to travel within the UK.
- Immediately available is a plus.
Salary (Rate): £1000 daily

I am currently partnered with a leading Insurance client, who are looking to hire a Lead Enterprise Architect to work on a business-critical project.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lead Enterprise Architect within large-scale Insurance or Financial Services organisations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify genuine gaps and know how to utilise resources and capabilities effectively
- Experience working on major transformation programme (Digital, Automation or Connectivity)
- Expertise in developing and implementing Enterprise Architecture strategies across Insurance or Financial domains
- Experience of line of business systems (including Data Warehouse)
- Skilled in producing and maintaining comprehensive architecture documentation
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate teams of Enterprise Architects across complex programmes
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing at C-suite level
- Flexibility to travel within the UK
