What youll be doing: As a Lead Engineer, youwill play a crucial role in leading our core tech team. Beyondthat, you'll spearhead backend & data engineering, mentor teammembers, and optimize software engineer practices for long-termsuccess.
Our Tech stack: AWS and Azure, including Athena, Synapse,Spark, Kubernetes. Temporal, Python, Redis, Postgres, React andDocker.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wed expect this role to be splitbetween 60% on the Tech side with the remaining 40% devoted tomanagerial responsibilities.
- Mid-low level tech design: Mid andlow-level design of our technical stack in coordination withbroader architecture.
- Tech leadership: Shape and promote thesoftware engineering culture and practices by applyingstate-of-the-art best practices that help foster a collaborativeenvironment and ensure continuous learning and developmentopportunities for the team.
- Line manage the software engineeringteam, including recruitment and retention strategies. Remainhands-on by actively participating in code reviews and othertechnical processes to stay informed on lower-level work.
RequiredSkills and Attributes:
