Summary: The Lead Digital Analytics Manager will be responsible for leveraging Adobe Experience Platform to enhance the understanding of digital customers and optimize their experience across web and app platforms. This role involves leading audience building, data stream configuration, and implementing digital tagging strategies while collaborating with senior stakeholders in the financial services industry. The position is hybrid, requiring 50% in-office presence in London, and is initially set for six months with a likelihood of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audience building, data stream configuration, destination implementation, and web SDK schema setup using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Provide thought leadership on the delivery of the new platform and build relationships with key senior stakeholders.
- Define and implement digital tagging strategies to ensure accurate data capture across web pages and platforms.
- Develop self-service dashboards, provide training, and enhance data visibility for key stakeholders using Adobe Analytics.
- Implement and manage tags for Paid Media, Decibel, Google, Meta, and Salesforce Pardot.
- Support and enhance key tools through troubleshooting and optimization.
Key Skills:
- Substantial senior experience with Adobe Experience Platform.
- Strong experience in digital tagging, analytics, and adtech.
- Leadership experience in a Senior / Lead / Head position.
- Track record of working in a large complex firm, ideally within insurance, financial services, telecom, or similar industries.
