Summary: The Lead Database Administrator will be responsible for planning and managing the capacity of database management systems, scheduling database patching, and strategizing backup and disaster recovery processes. This role requires troubleshooting database issues and implementing corrective measures while maintaining detailed technical documentation. The position involves working with various database technologies and contributing to the overall database strategy and architecture to ensure data integrity and security. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in database support and management, particularly with SQL Server and other database systems.

Essential Skills:
