Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data testing across London Market Reinsurance systems and integrations
- Perform data profiling, reconciliation, validation, and investigation
- Support data migration and end-to-end integration testing
- Identify, analyse, and resolve data discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Execute test scenarios aligned to business and technical requirements

The role is hands-on, covering data investigation, profiling, reconciliation testing, validation, and root cause analysis across large-scale migration and transformation initiatives.
