Summary: The Lead Data Analyst role at a prestigious Automotive organization in Gaydon focuses on transforming complex data into visual insights to support decision-making. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to automate processes and develop reporting solutions using tools like PowerApps and Tableau. Key Responsibilities:
- Transform complex data into clear, visual insights using PowerApps and Tableau.
- Develop and maintain automated data input and management processes across the Creative department.
- Enable data-driven decision-making by identifying trends and patterns across known and unknown data sources.
- Present insights and findings through comprehensive reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Key Skills:
- Strong background in data visualisation tools including Tableau and Tableau Prep.
- Skilled in Microsoft 365 suite including SharePoint Lists, Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and general Office tools.
- Able to analyse complex datasets to produce actionable insights.
- Confident communicator capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised with a structured approach to work.
- Enthusiastic about using data to improve processes and drive efficiency.
- Degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics or related field.
