Summary: The Lead Consultant for UKG Pro WFM will be responsible for the implementation and configuration of various modules within the UKG Pro system. This role requires extensive hands-on experience with workforce management configurations, troubleshooting, and delivering high-quality solutions that align with business requirements. The consultant will also be involved in creating custom reports and managing data migration processes. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience with WFD configuration of business structure, timekeeping, advanced scheduling, and forecasting.
- Configuration and troubleshooting of UKG Pro modules including Timekeeper, Accruals, Leave, Attendance, and more.
- Support changes to existing configurations and build new ones as needed.
- Create custom reports and manage data migration to UKG Pro WFM.
- Handle incidents, problems, and changes related to the system.
- Design and deliver high-quality solutions through system configuration.
- Develop documentation for systems and processes.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years of experience with UKG Pro and support/enhancements.
- UKG Pro Integration or UKG Pro WFM certifications.
- Experience in Kronos WFC.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to functional and technical requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong team player.

Necessary Consultant Experience:
- Hands on Experience with WFD Configuration of Business Structure, Time Keeping, Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting, Analytics & Reports, Device Configuration, Mobile configuration
- Experience with following modules in UKG Pro WFM - Timekeeper/ Accruals/ Leave/ Attendance/ Attestation/ Advanced Scheduler/ Activities /Business Structure/Release Management/HyperFind queries/ Workforce Genies and calendars/ Data Access Control Concepts /Custom Reports
- Experience in UKG Pro Configuration and Troubleshooting - Knowledge of product configuration, creating work rules, pay rules, break rules, exception rule etc.
- Support changes to existing configurations and build new ones as needed basis.
- Experience in creating custom reports and experience with data migration to UKG Pro WFM.
- Experience in handling incidents, problems, changes etc.
- Understand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems.
- Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration that meets overall business requirements.
- Develop documentation for systems and processes.
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- 8+ years of UKG with experience of support and enhancements
- UKG Pro Integration or UKG Pro WFM certifications
- Experience in Kronos WFC
- Independent and can deliver and be adaptable in understanding functional and technical requirements.
