Lead Consultant

Summary: The ServiceNow HRSD Lead Consultant will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices. The role requires hands-on development expertise and strong client-facing skills to tailor solutions to client needs. The consultant will collaborate with offshore teams and leverage extensive experience in ServiceNow HRSD and its integration with Workday. This position is a contract role based in Halifax, UK, with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Provide hands-on development expertise for ServiceNow configurations.
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Apply design and architecture principles to create efficient systems.
• Collaborate with offshore development teams to achieve project outcomes.
• Utilize extensive experience with ServiceNow HRSD module design and implementation.
• Manage integration of ServiceNow HRSD with Workday.
• Demonstrate strong client-facing abilities and stakeholder management skills.

• Certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) HRSD, Certified Technical Architect (CTA), ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM or ITOM, Certified Application Developer (CAD).
