Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end solutions that transform how the business operates
  • Lead system discovery and replacement initiatives, shaping what comes next as legacy platforms are decommissioned
  • Work directly with senior stakeholders to turn complex problems into clear, actionable solutions
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and embed automation
  • Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and future-ready
  • Play a key role in technology selection, influencing major investment decisions
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation, introducing smarter ways of working across the organisation

Key Skills:

  • Experience designing business and technology solutions within transformation programmes
  • Strong process modelling and operational analysis skills (As-Is / To-Be)
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into practical system or automation solutions

  • Experience supporting system replacement or legacy decommissioning initiatives
