Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end solutions that transform how the business operates
- Lead system discovery and replacement initiatives, shaping what comes next as legacy platforms are decommissioned
- Work directly with senior stakeholders to turn complex problems into clear, actionable solutions
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and embed automation
- Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and future-ready
- Play a key role in technology selection, influencing major investment decisions
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation, introducing smarter ways of working across the organisation
Key Skills:
- Experience designing business and technology solutions within transformation programmes
- Strong process modelling and operational analysis skills (As-Is / To-Be)
- Proven ability to translate business needs into practical system or automation solutions
- Experience working across business, technology, and delivery teams
- Confident engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Experience supporting system replacement or legacy decommissioning initiatives
