Summary: The Lead Business Consultant role involves leading consulting engagements within the Pharma domain, focusing on Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial IT. The consultant will translate business goals into actionable strategies while serving as a strategic advisor on various platforms and initiatives. This position requires extensive experience in the medical and pharmaceutical industries, with a strong emphasis on compliance and digital transformation. The role is hybrid, requiring three days a week in the office and flexibility to travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business consulting engagements within Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial IT.
- Translate business goals into actionable strategies.
- Serve as a strategic advisor on content management, medical compliance, digital transformation, and customer engagement platforms.
- Guide platform configuration, process redesign, and solution architecture.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure business alignment and value delivery.
- Provide business leadership across key platforms including Veeva Vault, Salesforce Health Cloud, and Adobe Experience Manager.
- Support niche platform utilization and contribute to strategic planning and change management.
- Maintain continuity of domain knowledge through team stability and ongoing upskilling.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in business consulting or solution advisory roles.
- Significant exposure to the medical, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of regulatory processes and compliance frameworks (GxP, HIPAA, ABPI).
- Experience with Veeva Vault, Salesforce, Adobe Experience tools, and AWS.
- Familiarity with Docuvera and iEnvision platforms.
- Strong facilitation skills and experience in stakeholder workshops.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
