Lead Business Consultant

Summary: The Lead Business Consultant will spearhead consulting engagements within Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial IT, translating business objectives into actionable strategies. This role requires deep domain expertise in the Medical/Pharma sector to guide platform configurations and process redesigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The consultant will also contribute to strategic planning and ensure the continuity of domain knowledge through team stability and upskilling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business consulting engagements in Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial IT.
• Translate business goals into actionable strategies and serve as a strategic advisor.
• Guide platform configuration, process redesign, and solution architecture.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure business alignment and value delivery.
• Provide leadership across key platforms including Veeva Vault, Salesforce Health Cloud, and Adobe Experience Manager.
• Support niche platform utilization and contribute to strategic planning and change management.
• Maintain a stable consulting team and facilitate ongoing upskilling and documentation.

Key Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in business consulting or solution advisory roles.
• Significant exposure to the medical, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of regulatory processes and compliance frameworks (GxP, HIPAA, ABPI).
• Experience with Veeva Vault, Salesforce, Adobe Experience tools, and AWS.
• Familiarity with Docuvera and iEnvision platforms.
• Strong facilitation skills and experience conducting stakeholder workshops.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
