Summary: The Lead Business Analyst/Project Manager will play a crucial role in the Tech Net Zero Program, focusing on the successful execution of sustainability-driven technology initiatives. This position requires strong project management and business analysis skills to ensure alignment with the client's environmental and operational objectives. The role involves leading project delivery, coordinating teams, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale technology projects, particularly in sustainability contexts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are effectively managed.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project, and track progress against key milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Model and document business processes using Visio and Confluence.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and decision records.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Ensure adherence to the client's governance, compliance, and reporting standards.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in project management and business analysis, ideally within large-scale technology or sustainability programs.
- Strong understanding of project life cycle methodologies.
- Expertise in timeline and resource management, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Confluence, and Visio.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary (Rate): £460 daily
