Summary: The Lead Business Analyst role focuses on driving large-scale digital transformation within a leading Life Insurance company. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, providing coaching and professional development.
• Oversee the end-to-end business analysis function within large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Work closely with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, underwriting, IT, and operations.
• Define and implement best practices for business analysis, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency gains across underwriting, claims, and policy administration.
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions.
• Contribute to the successful implementation of Underwriting Workbenches (experience beneficial but not essential).

Key Skills:

• Insurance industry experience is essential (London Market, General Insurance, or Life Insurance).
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of Business Analysts, including performance management and professional development.
• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting, claims, and policy administration processes.
