Summary: The Associate Lead Business Analyst at Microland will support the National Technology team by driving business process improvements and technology adoption, particularly through Workday HCM, Payroll, and Finance modules. This role requires managing multiple projects while acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in audit, tax, and consulting, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and growth. Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, leading process mapping, and supporting Workday implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (HR, Finance, Technology) and technical teams.
  • Gather, analyze, and document requirements for Workday HCM, Finance, and Payroll.
  • Lead business process mapping to define current and future-state processes.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for system configuration, integration, and reporting.
  • Support Workday implementations/enhancements with gap analyses and process improvement recommendations.
  • Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless workflows and data accuracy.
  • Manage testing activities including UAT coordination, test plans, and scripts.
  • Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement validation sessions.
  • Support change management by preparing training materials and guiding adoption.

Key Skills:

  • Proven Business Analyst experience in enterprise environments.
  • Minimum 2 years of direct Workday experience (HCM, Payroll, Finance modules).
  • Strong expertise in business process mapping and optimization (HR & Finance).
  • Solid understanding of Workday configuration, architecture, and integrations.

This role is focused on driving business process improvements, data analysis, and technology adoption to achieve operational efficiency and growth. You will play a key part in enabling HR, Finance, and business functions through Workday HCM, Payroll, and Finance modules , while bridging business needs with technical delivery. The ideal candidate will bring experience across audit, tax, and consulting business portfolios with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
