Summary: The Lead Business Analyst for Electrified Systems Engineering will play a crucial role in providing strategic business analysis and leading budget alignment activities within the Electrified Powertrain Engineering team. This position requires coordination between engineering teams and North America, ensuring effective management of budgets and resources. The role involves significant responsibilities in reporting, risk assessment, and program resource estimation. The candidate will also chair key meetings and manage essential documentation related to the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support GPIRS, ARIBA, and Aurora ordering for EPE, ensuring alignment with FNA EPE budgets.
• Review and align yearly budgets with FNA, agreeing on NSPS/material budgets.
• Coordinate monthly budget reporting, deployment, risk assessment, and workload versus headcount tracking.
• Provide chief-level business metrics and support spend planning for CIB orders.
• Align timing for business review meetings, including TVM, MPIM, TDR, and BPR.
• Chair MPIM meetings and chief-level TDR and BPR reviews.
• Lead program resource estimation activities using GARRP and PT Program Resource Estimation.
• Manage ISO documentation, including MDL, DRIM, and departmental training records.
• Maintain program look-ahead and health chart documentation as well as launch support plans.

Key Skills:

• Degree in an Engineering discipline or substantial progress toward formal studies with commitment to completion, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of current EV technologies and components.
• Ability to work independently with a demonstrated track record.
• Proficiency in GPDS processes.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent team building and leadership abilities.
