Summary: The Lead Business Analyst - Electrified Systems Engineering will support an Essex-based automotive client by providing strategic business analysis and budget control for electrified systems. The role involves coordinating budget reporting, managing ISO documentation, and leading program resource estimation activities. The position requires a strong understanding of engineering content and current EV technologies, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support GPIRS / ARIBA & Aurora Ordering for EPE and align with FNA EPE Budget.
• Review and align initial yearly budget with FNA and agree on NSPS / Material Budgets.
• Coordinate monthly budget reporting including budget deployment, risks & ops, and workload vs. headcount tracking.
• Provide chief level business metrics and support order process and spend plan.
• Align timing to support Business review meetings and chair relevant meetings.
• Lead program resource estimation activities and manage department ISO documentation.
• Maintain programme look-ahead & health chart documents and department launch support plan.

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of current EV technologies and components.
• Demonstrable experience of working independently.
• Good working knowledge of GPDS process.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent team building and leadership skills.
• Degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
