Lead Business Analyst - Contract - Inside IR35 - 12 months initially

We're currently supporting a leading UK organisation on the appointment of an experienced Business Analyst. You will work on high-profile change initiatives within a complex enterprise environment, partnering with both business and technology teams to deliver critical projects.

The Role

As a Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, facilitating workshops with stakeholders, mapping current and future processes, and working closely with development teams to ensure successful delivery.

You'll be collaborating with both onshore and offshore development teams, acting as the bridge between business and technology throughout the project life cycle.

One of the positions has a particular focus on Legacy Back End systems, making previous experience working within complex Legacy technology environments highly desirable.

We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills
• Experience working across the full project life cycle
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience working with both onshore and offshore development teams
• Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills
• Comfortable working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments

The role will require you to be onsite 2 days a week
