Job Role: Lead BA/Business Architect to lead a focused discovery across an internally developed 'CRM' platform as part of a wider project scope. There will be a large focus on application architecture, data structures, and operational processes, working closely with both technical and business stakeholders.
Objective
Build a clear, reliable view of how B2C business currently operates using core Customer Records Systems, to support safe system retirement and ongoing replacement planning.
Duties:
