We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer to join a high-performing technology team responsible for delivering and maintaining critical enterprise applications. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing automated testing solutions across a range of applications, ensuring exceptional quality, reliability, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead automation testing activities across functional, system, integration, end-to-end, and security testing.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using industry-leading tools.
• Manage and mentor a small team of Test Automation Engineers.
• Provide technical leadership and champion automation best practices.
• Analyse test results, identify defects, bottlenecks, and areas for optimisation.
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and product teams to improve test coverage and software quality.
• Develop and execute performance testing strategies using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including framework enhancement and process optimisation.
• Support recruitment activities and help build a high-performing testing capability.
• Drive innovation in testing practices and contribute to overall quality engineering strategy.
