Summary: The Lead AI Product Manager will be responsible for shaping and delivering a market-leading cloud-based platform for a prominent Fin-Tech company on a fixed-term contract basis. This role involves collaborating with various teams to define product objectives, manage the product roadmap, and ensure high-quality releases. The position requires strong leadership skills to coach cross-functional squads and manage a Junior Product Manager. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in product management within a fintech environment, focusing on innovative solutions to client problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with clients and their team members to define, shape and solve problems via the product.
  • Defining and tracking quarterly objectives, owning the ongoing product roadmap and related metrics or key results.
  • Collaborating with designers, engineers, and data scientists to explore, test, and document solutions.
  • Coordinating and coaching cross-functional squads to discover solutions and deliver OKRs.
  • Collaborating with Intelligence & Analytics, Engineering, and Client teams to embed product releases for maximum impact.
  • Defining repeatable and automated tests with QA engineers for high-quality releases.
  • Line management and development of one Junior Product Manager.

Key Skills:

  • Experience as a senior or lead Product Manager in a scaling fintech or relevant organization.
  • Understanding of data engineering, data science, and artificial intelligence.
  • Proven track record of solving complex problems by bringing teams together.
  • Experience delivering impactful products in an agile manner.
  • Proficiency in managing Jira, Confluence, and Product Analytics tools.
  • Effective communication skills for challenging audiences, including clients and engineers.
  • Ability to simplify complex technology solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical requirement definition in a complex B2B environment.

Salary (Rate): £110,000
