As a People Team Lawyer, you’ll provide expert legal advice and representation on matters relating to adult social care, education, mental health, and no recourse to public funds. You’ll work closely with internal departments and external partners, including schools, tribunals, and health trusts, to ensure legal compliance and robust governance. You’ll manage a varied and complex caseload, represent my client in court and tribunals, as well as contribute to policy development. In order to be successful in this role, you will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive (Fellow) with:
