Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake survey duties as assigned by the Lead Surveyor.
- Survey and set out complex systems, including Civil, Mechanical, and Piping Equipment.
- Conduct and record as-built positional checks for the works.
- Process survey data to produce CAD drawings and survey reports.
- Provide technical support as a subject matter expert.
- Coach and mentor less experienced surveyors/engineers.
- Ensure compliance with project quality assurance processes.
- Focus on safety to maintain a Zero Harm environment.
Key Skills:
- Experience in surveying and set-out of complex large projects.
- Degree or HND qualified in Surveying.
- Ability to perform various surveys and Laser Scanning operations.
- Attention to detail and reliability in a busy environment.
- Flexibility to work night and/or weekend shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of project schedules and prioritization of activities.
- Problem-solving skills and passion for work.
- Member of the Chartered Institute of Engineering Surveyors (desirable).
- Valid CSCS card holder and IOSH Working Safely certification.
- Working knowledge of Navisworks and 3D BIM (desirable).
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, LSS, and Leica Survey Equipment.
