Summary: The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is seeking Limited Term Employees (LTE) for seasonal positions at Lake Kegonsa and Governor Nelson State Parks, as well as the Glacial Drumlin State Trail. These roles, including Park Rangers and Park Technicians, will focus on customer service, facility maintenance, public safety, and resource management, providing valuable experience in natural resource careers. The positions are set to begin in spring 2025 and will last through the summer until fall. Candidates will have the opportunity to work outdoors in a park setting while contributing to the management of Wisconsin's natural resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate customer service and public safety within state parks and trails.
• Perform grounds maintenance, repairs on park structures, and operate park equipment.
• Assist with visitor assistance programs and maintain public use areas.
• Conduct land management activities and provide resource protection information to visitors.
• Manage properties and facilities to ensure public health and safety.
• Operate and maintain various outdoor maintenance equipment.
• Conduct revenue activities and maintain detailed records.
