Role Overview: Touchlight is currently seeking a skilled & highly organised Laboratory Technician to support our CDMO lab. The Laboratory Technician is responsible for the completion of essential tasks such as reagent preparation, equipment verification, facility cleaning, stock control and QMS actions . The Lab Technician reports to the dbDNA Team Lead.
Your key responsibilities will be: generation of reagents , within a Grade D manufacturing facility and R&D facility where required, for laboratory methods and processes for both GMP and research grade activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for regular equipment calibration and verification checks . You will help maintain our laboratories to enable it to operate at its highest level of performance, as well as maintaining stocks and organising logistics. You will also be expected to identify ongoing challenges and develop solutions to maintain an optimal work environment and ensure compliance with good H&S practices and company policies .
We'd like to hear from you, if you have a scientific background and/or proven experience working in a laboratory, ideally in a GMP or production setting .
