Summary: The Laboratory Analyst role at Proclinical involves supporting laboratory operations through analyses, compliance with GxP and Health and Safety regulations, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform required analyses and enter data into company systems.
  • Check colleagues' work for accuracy.
  • Conduct equipment performance checks and calibrations.
  • Create, review, and update laboratory documentation.
  • Participate in audits, safety inspections, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and external suppliers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test results, instrument failures, and system errors.
  • Provide training and coaching to new and established staff.
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards and ensure safe handling of materials.

Key Skills:

  • Experience working in a GxP laboratory or relevant qualification.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
  • Proficiency in using laboratory information management systems (LIMS), SAP, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
