- Review and create Low Level Designs, build documentation, and Knowledge Base Articles.
- Deliver knowledge transfer to customer teams and contribute to ongoing service improvement.
- Support virtualised and secure infrastructure components within a complex estate.
Key Skills:
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and 2022.
- Deep experience with Active Directory and Group Policy design and support.
- Experience with Microsoft HyperV and VMware NSX virtualisation.
- Knowledge of Skype for Business and Exchange 2012 or 2016.
- Good understanding of network design principles, firewalls, and WAN protocols.
- Experience with McAfee AV and ePolicy Orchestrator.
- Strong PowerShell and scripting capability.
