Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams and communicate effectively.
- Work on support projects and be willing to work weekend shifts on a rotational basis.
- Analyze Java code and SQL queries for troubleshooting.
- Utilize Splunk for querying, regex usage, alerts, and dashboard setup.
- Perform application log analysis and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
- Manage ITIL processes, ticketing, and incident management.
- Proactively address production issues and notify the team of ongoing and predictive issues.
- Ensure client SLAs are met by managing deliverables for critical applications.
- Collaborate with development and L3 teams on incident triages and release/change reviews.
- Troubleshoot major incidents and create post-mortems to ensure closure.
