Summary: The L2 EUC Engineer role involves providing second-line support for end-user hardware, software, and systems to enhance IT efficiency and user productivity. The engineer will manage the lifecycle of end-user devices and troubleshoot various technical issues while collaborating with higher-level teams on IT projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced support for end-user hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Diagnose, resolve, and implement solutions for escalated incidents.
- Manage end-user device lifecycle, including provisioning, imaging, and decommissioning.
- Administer Windows OS (10/11), Microsoft 365, and user accounts in Active Directory/Azure AD.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and enforce IT security policies (antivirus, patching, encryption).
- Collaborate with L3 teams on IT projects; document solutions and adhere to ITIL.
Key Skills:
- 3-5 years L2 EUC support experience.
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory/Azure AD.
- Proficient in hardware and network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with remote support and endpoint management (Intune, SCCM).
