Learning Management System (LMS) Launch

  • Support and drive the implementation and launch of a new LMS (Docebo).
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption activities.
  • Ensure a smooth transition and successful user experience.

General Project Delivery

  • Provide regular progress updates and proactively identify and mitigate risks.

About You

You will be an experienced L&D contractor with a strong track record of delivering learning projects in fast-paced corporate environments.

You’ll be confident operating independently and won’t require significant direction or handholding.

Essential Experience

  • Experience supporting learning technology implementations, ideally LMS rollouts.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent project management and organisational capability.
  • Ability to quickly understand an organisation, build credibility and deliver results.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and making progress in a busy environment with limited oversight.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working with global learning programmes.
  • Knowledge of Apprenticeship Levy funding and wider learning funding models.
  • Experience within facilities management, property, workplace services or related sectors.
  • Experience launching or embedding learning platforms.

What Success Looks Like

By the end of the contract, you will have:

Successfully progressed and embedded the global Facilities Management training programme.

Supported a successful launch and adoption of the new LMS.

Ensured key L&D projects were completed on time and transitioned smoothly.

If you’re a pragmatic, delivery-focused L&D professional who enjoys stepping into live projects and driving them to completion, we’d love to hear from you.
