Summary: The KYC Quality Checker role is a contract position starting on May 19, 2025, focused on quality assurance of customer case reviews within a financial institution. The position requires a strong background in KYC processes and the ability to analyze documentation in line with AML policies. Candidates must be available to work four days on-site in Cardiff and demonstrate a commitment to high professional standards. The role may extend beyond the initial contract period based on project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality reviews on customer case reviews.
- Gather and analyze KYC documentation in accordance with AML policy requirements.
- Identify and close gaps in KYC documentation.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of corporate structures.
- Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Meet specified quality and production targets.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and competence.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Operations background with core knowledge of KYC in financial institutions.
- Experience with fund administrators and reviewing entities based in Jersey, Guernsey, and Luxembourg.
- Good technical knowledge of KYC and CDD.
- Ability to multi-task and manage workflow under demanding deadlines.
- Proficient in PC skills, particularly Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness.
- Strong communication skills.
