Summary: The KYC Analyst role at Deloitte Operations in Glasgow involves working closely with various business areas on KYC-related matters, focusing on high-risk clients and enhanced due diligence checks. This is a full-time position with an initial duration of six months, starting in early January 2025, and is classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on PEPs and high-risk clients daily.
  • Cover standard KYC and EDD client files.
  • Process enhanced due diligence checks on client KYC information.
  • Advise on risks presented by high-risk customers and identify potential financial crime risks.
  • Analyse and investigate scenarios related to counterparty and customer activity.

Key Skills:

  • Good analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience as a KYC Analyst, with onboarding and refresh experience.
  • Experience working with HNW/high-risk clients and PEPs.
  • Positive attitude and flexibility towards work and new initiatives.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Capability to work independently on projects and communicate results effectively.
  • Understanding of different account structures including Corporates, Trusts, SPVs, Foundations, etc.
  • Familiarity with different regulators across EMEA and their requirements (e.g., FCA, BaFIN).

Salary (Rate): £196.16
