Key Responsibilities:
- Performing remediation/on-boarding and/or periodic KYC reviews for clients.
- Conducting Quality Control checks.
- Managing medium and high-risk escalations.
- Understanding the client’s Anti Money Laundering (AML) policy and related procedures.
- Gathering and analysing KYC documentation to identify and close gaps.
- Sourcing data from approved public sources.
- Constructing KYC files with required information and documentation.
- Acting as the go-to person for complex files.
- Keeping key stakeholders informed on progress or bottlenecks in the KYC review process.
- Escalating issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Direct outreach to internal client departments for required information.
- Proactively identifying issues or blockers to KYC completion and productivity.
Key Skills:
- Experience in AML/KYC due diligence roles.
- Domain knowledge of AML Typologies/Red Flags.
- Knowledge of due diligence requirements.

Job Description KYC Analyst Dublin Fixed Term/Permanent Contract Role Summary We are looking for KYC Analyst's to join our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team to support our client in a large-scale partner verification project. You will be part of our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) business line and will be located in our offices in Dublin, responsible for processing client files. The KYC Analyst will support our client’s onboarding team, reviewing PEP alerts and any additional CLM related tasks within fast-paced project environment. This role requires an individual to have a core focus in delivering high quality work within project deadlines and a proven ability to apply a consistent approach to KYC processes whilst adhering to regulatory requirements and client procedures. Key Responsibilities
- Performing remediation / on-boarding and / or periodic KYC reviews for our client
- Performing Quality Control checks

- Evidence an in-depth understanding of the client’s Anti Money Laundering (AML) policy and related procedures, identifying new requirements, top ups or renewal of information/documentation held on file
- Gathering and analysing KYC documentation in accordance with the clients AML policy requirements to identify and close any gaps
- Sourcing of data from approved public sources using the methods outlined in policies and procedures.
- Construction of KYC files with the required information and documentation in accordance with the policy
- Established as go-to person for complex files.
- Ensuring that key stakeholders are kept informed on progress or bottlenecks within the end-to-end KYC review process
- Escalation to the appropriate teams where information cannot be sourced or provided / where prior exceptions have been granted on existing files and / or where additional sign off required to proceed
- Direct outreach to internal client departments where applicable to obtain information and documentation required to complete KYC/CDD reviews.
- Proactively identify issues or blockers to KYC completion and productivity and assist with the implementation of solutions
Job Requirements
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Experience in AML/KYC due diligence roles.
- Domain knowledge of AML Typologies / Red Flags.
- Knowledge of due diligence requirements
- Experience in handling / managing and understanding large amounts of complex data.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members and other departments.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced targeted environment against deadlines and SLAs.
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and digestible manner both verbally and in written form.

- Quality Control experience
- Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and industry guidelines.
- Familiarity with the end-to-end process for client on-boarding and periodic reviews including: exposure to performing due diligence on both publicly and internally sourced information / documentation, Ownership Dilution, Screening (for PEPs, Sanctions, Adverse Media, High Risk Industries) qualitative and quantitative risk assessments using information gathered).
- Experience conducting Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews on high-risk entity types.
- Experience working within a consultancy and/or service provider environment.
- Experience working within investment and corporate banking.

This is a fixed term contract / permanent full-time position Dublin. Expectations regarding hybrid working: As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client’s offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our client’s policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our client’s now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require. However, some of our clients have now moved up to 4 days and even 5 days in the office and we require candidates to be flexible to meet our client demands.
