What are you going to do?
As a Quality Coordinator, you are the driving force behind our certified quality management system.
You advise, support, and inspire various departments within MCB to continuously improve and ensure that quality is embedded in our processes.
With your expertise, you work closely with line management and the Manager SQEH, contributing to a quality-conscious and customer-oriented organization.
Additionally, you advise colleagues, guide audits, translate standards into practical processes, and initiate improvement projects that directly contribute to customer satisfaction and efficiency.

What do you bring?
HBO work and thinking level (preferably in a technical direction), with relevant qualifications in the field (minimum Green Belt+);
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position;
Experience with quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and improvement techniques such as FMEA, 5xWhy, Kaizen, 8D, and Ishikawa;
Strong analytical skills and technical insight;
You stand firm and know how to weigh interests well;
You can persuade and connect, and you are proactive;
Good command of the Dutch and English languages. German is a strong plus.
