Summary: The role of a KS3-KS4 Tutor involves providing face-to-face tutoring support to secondary school pupils in Newcastle, focusing on subjects such as Maths, English, and Science. Key Responsibilities:

• Working with small group cohorts from 1:1 - 1:6
• Creating lesson plans tailored to the student's learning style
• Assessing student progress, identifying areas for improvement and recording attainment levels using the internal reporting system
• Delivering engaging sessions to support a range of learning styles
• Driving measurable outcomes from each session to measure impact
• Working collaboratively with educational/care stakeholders ensuring student support
• Working in accordance with KCSIE and safeguarding guidelines
