- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching within Key Stage 1 (desirable but not essential)
- Demonstrates strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Is enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to high standards of teaching and learning
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Shows a genuine passion for supporting young learners
- Understands safeguarding responsibilities and promotes pupil wellbeing
