Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and development of Kotlin/React flagship product and supporting tooling.
  • Working directly with divisional leaders to elicit requirements.
  • Understanding divisional practices and recommending modern techniques backed by data.
  • Developing supporting materials (software, training materials, workshops) for adoption and measurement (KPIs).
  • Additional development in varied programming languages (including Java and TypeScript) for supporting applications measuring DORA and related metrics.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in modern software delivery techniques including engineering practices such as XP and agile methodologies.
  • Experienced polyglot developer (Kotlin/Java/React).
  • Demonstrable experience with automated testing techniques such as TDD/ATDD.
  • Cloud experience with Google Cloud Platform and OpenShift is a plus.
  • Exposure to Google's DORA, SPACE, DevEx frameworks is a plus.
  • Proven communication and influencing skills, experience coaching and mentoring is a plus.

You will be joining the TDI (Technology, Data & Innovation) Engineering Platforms and Practice group as a full stack Developer working on Developer Experience and Productivity tooling which supports discovery and promotion of engineering practices across the entire organization. You will be responsible for designing and enhancing our tool suite supporting DORA, SPACE and DevEx frameworks and working to promote Engineering Culture through supporting strategies and experimentation. Your Key Responsibilities
Design and development of our Kotlin/React flagship product and supporting tooling

Your Skills And Experience
Experience in modern software delivery techniques including engineering practices such as XP and ways of working such as agile methodologies and lean
Experienced polyglot developer (we use Kotlin/Java/React mostly)
Demonstrable experience with automated testing techniques such as TDD (Test-Driven Development)/ATDD (Acceptance Test-Driven Development)
Cloud experience with Google Cloud Platform and OpenShift a plus
Exposure to Googles DORA, SPACE, DevEx and similar frameworks a plus
Proven communication and influencing skills, experience coaching and mentoring a plus
