Our client, a global blue chip company, is looking for a Korean speaking Marketing Planning Consultant who will support the marketing team in planning, coordination, and performance reporting activities. This role focuses on turning our initiatives into clear execution plans, monitoring progress, and preparing high-quality reports and presentations for regional management. The position suits candidates who are detail-oriented, data-savvy, and eager to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce/CRM operations and planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and Coordination
- Translate the company initiatives into actionable plans in collaboration with internal teams.
- Support the coordination of team plans, ensuring timely updates and alignment among business PMs.
- Prepare and maintain planning documents, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth team management.
- Assist in identifying operational issues or process gaps and propose practical improvements.
- Performance Reporting
- Compile performance data from various team’s business and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Track business progress and provide clear summaries and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with management, procurement, and internal teams to collect inputs for plans and performance updates.
- Support internal meetings by organizing materials, preparing reports, and coordinating follow-ups.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting tools, templates, and communication efficiency.
Requirements
- Korean language skill is essential
- Minimum 3 years of experience in planning, reporting, or data analysis, ideally within a digital marketing business environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for report generation, data visualization, and presentation creation. * Must be advanced level for Excel(formula, pivot table, v-Lookup)
- High attention to detail with the ability to organize data and translate insights into clear, structured reports.
- Basic understanding of performance metrics and KPIs with the ability to track and summarize results effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across teams and convey findings in a simple, actionable way.
- Proactive and curious mindset with a willingness to learn and improve reporting processes or tools.
- Must be able to commute to Weybridge regularly
Conditions
- Job location: Weybridge, Surrey (on-site car park & free shuttle from/to Weybridge rail station)
- Job type: full-time & 1 year contractor(subject to be extended)
- Hybrid: 2 days work from home after probation
- Hours of work: 9am~5:30pm
- Salary: 35~48K (depending on experience)
