Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full accountability for growing OPI’s presence across your assigned region.
  • Prospect new business, convert leads, and expand relationships with existing accounts.
  • Build strong, consultative partnerships with salons and spas.
  • Work alongside your OPI Educator to deliver in-salon demos, workshops, and product training sessions.
  • Ensure salons are equipped with the latest promotional materials, POS, and seasonal launches.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, capture insights from client visits, and use data to identify trends.
  • Liaise with education, marketing, customer service and distribution teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in field sales, account management, or business development, ideally in beauty or FMCG.

What you'll be doing: As a Field-Based Key Account Manager, you’ll be the face of OPI within your region, taking full ownership of your territory and client portfolio. Your week will primarily be spent out on the road, visiting existing salon partners and prospecting new ones. Your responsibilities will include:
