Summary: The Key Account Manager is responsible for building and managing relationships with key account customers, developing business plans and sales strategies, and achieving annual sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build CRM with key account customers
  • Develop business plans and sales strategies with the marketing and retail team
  • Achieve annual sales targets on revenue, Sell Out, and profits
  • Build and manage sales with retail Key Accounts
  • Deliver sales activity reports and sales forecasts
  • Arrange meetings with customers to present products and services
  • Manage customer relations with Key Accounts
  • Monitor competition and market trends
  • Manage and supervise the sales process from presales to final sales

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in retail sales with a strong industry background
  • Experience selling via UK mainstream retailers is an advantage
  • Experience in consumer electronic devices sales
  • Good knowledge of retail channel sales process
  • Understanding of UK mainstream retailer working processes, including business planning, product ranging, forecasting, marketing, and retail cooperation
  • Project management process knowledge
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • University degree or above
  • Never give up mentality

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build CRM with the key account customers;
  • Develop business plans and sales strategies together with the marketing and retail team;
  • Achieve annual sales targets on revenue, Sell Out and profits;
  • Building and managing sales with our retail Key Account;
  • Deliver sales activity reports and sales forecasts;
  • Arranging meetings with customers presenting products and services;
  • Managing customer relation with Key Accounts;
  • Competition and market monitoring;
  • Managing and supervising sales process from presales, product tests up to final sales.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience on retail sales, with strong background in the industry;
  • Experience with selling via UK mainstream retailer would be an advantage;
  • Experience on consumer electronic devices sales;
  • Good knowledge of retail channel sales process;
  • Good knowledge of UK mainstream retailer working process, including business plan, product ranging, forecasting, MKT and retail cooperation;
  • Project management process knowledge;
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills;
  • University degree or above;
