Summary: As a Key Account Manager in the Customer Support team, you will manage Airlines and MRO accounts in the EAME region, focusing on Spares Order Management and customer satisfaction across three product divisions. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining and enhancing customer relationships. You will serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage a number of Airlines and/or MRO accounts within the EAME region.
  • Act as a focal point for Spares Order Management Activity.
  • Manage customer relationships and satisfaction for the product divisions - Landing Gear, Wheels and Brakes, plus Braking.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in account management, preferably in the aviation or aerospace industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of Spares Order Management processes.

Salary (Rate): £31.51 Hourly
