Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, deploy, and support enterprise CRM software (based on Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical configurations
- Perform data migration from Legacy systems using SQL tools
- Create and maintain technical documentation and reports
- Test software releases and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide second-line technical support and assist in resolving complex issues
Key Skills:
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, or 2+ years of relevant experience
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, .NET)
- Proficiency in T-SQL and experience working with web applications or APIs
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive, ownership-driven attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
