Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships across the Hogarth business to understand recruitment requirements for Digital & Technology functions.
  • Sourcing candidates for current and future openings using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.
  • Screen candidates to provide a positive first impression and match them to appropriate roles.
  • Coordinate interviews, both remote and on-site.
  • Create and maintain job advertisements to attract suitable talent.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Manage offers to candidates and collaborate with HR on start dates, references, and contracts.
  • Champion candidate experience and inclusivity.
  • Occasionally represent Hogarth at recruiting events and fairs.

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in a Resourcer, Junior Talent Acquisition/Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition/Recruiter Coordinator role.
  • Experience managing or supporting the recruitment of at least 5 vacancies simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of recruitment within Digital and Technology sectors.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of CVs and correspondence.

What does a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner do at Hogarth? The Junior Talent Acquisition Partner (Digital & Technology), joining on a 15-month FTC, will play a vital role in the EMEA Talent Acquisition team providing amazing candidate and hiring manager experience throughout our recruitment process. The Junior Talent Acquisition Partner will be building internal and external relationships and identifying candidates for vacancies. They’ll be hands-on with regards to the delivery of manging up to 10 jobs vacancies. They’ll be eager to understand our systems and processes, hungry to learn, and willing to assist our Senior Talent Acquisition Partners, while further developing various recruitment skills.

  • Build good relationships across the Hogarth business to clearly understand the recruitment requirements of our Digital & Technology functions
  • Sourcing – Finding the right candidates for Hogarth’s current and future openings using tools such LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse (our ATS) and employee referrals
  • Screening – Speaking to candidates to give them a great first impression of Hogarth and match them to the right roles within the business
  • Coordinating Interviews (remote and on-site)
  • Creating and maintaining job advertisements to attract the right talent
  • Building and maintaining relationships with a network of talented potential candidates for the future via our CRM
  • Managing offers to candidates and collaborating with the HR team to coordinate start dates, references, Right to Work, and contracts
  • Championing candidate experience and inclusivity
  • Occasionally representing Hogarth on-campus and/or virtual recruiting events/fairs

Reporting lines and key stakeholders: The role reports to the Talent Acquisition Lead - EMEA. You will be supporting our Digital & Technology departments, with our Global Director of Digital and Global Head of Technology as key stakeholders. You’ll also have the support and collaboration of the HR Business Partner aligned to those departments.

Requirements Previous experience in a Resourcer, Junior Talent Acquisition/Recruiter or Talent Acquisition/Recruiter Coordinator role Experience managing or supporting the recruitment of at least 5 vacancies at a time Experience with or demonstrable knowledge of recruitment within Digital and Technology (Engineers/Developers, Project/Programme Managers, Designers, Business Analysts etc) Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, dealing with a high volume of CVs and candidate correspondence A strong communicator, preferably experienced in some competency & behavioural based interviewing Understanding of goal setting, time management, and prioritisation Flexibility to work independently at times and collaboratively with various cross-functional teams, on multiple tasks/projects Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – demonstrable evidence of building relationships across a business Proactive nature and growth mindset
