Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of suppliers to ensure product availability across the network by developing strong supplier relationships monitored against contractual KPI targets.
  • Consolidating supplier performance KPIs monthly and ensuring measurement consistency.
  • Establishing and sharing KPI scorecards.
  • Managing long-term supplier action plans where performance consistently falls below targets.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve service or reduce costs via data analytics and root cause analysis.
  • Validating risk assessments and executing associated risk mitigation actions.
  • Conducting internal performance reviews with Distribution Managers, Strategic Sourcing & Commercialisation teams.
  • Making contributions to the category strategy and defining operational priorities for tenders.
