Summary: The Junior Site Engineer will be responsible for quality control and monitoring the progress of construction work on an offshore wind farm in Poland. This role involves supervising technical documentation, overseeing construction activities, and assisting the Construction Manager with communication and documentation preparation. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction studies and relevant experience in similar engineering roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality control and monitoring the progress of ongoing work.
  • Supervision of technical documentation and its circulation.
  • Overseeing construction work according to the instructions of the Construction Manager.
  • Participation in meetings with subcontractors and internal working meetings.
  • Monitoring the construction process within the scope defined by building regulations.
  • Preparation of construction documentation.
  • Assistance in communication for the Construction Manager.

Key Skills:

  • Finished Construction related studies in Poland (preferred specialisations KBI, Hydrotechnical, TRB or similar).
  • Experience in a similar position as Site Engineer (Inzynier Budowy).
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • IT proficiency.
  • Communication skills and good organisational abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience on OWF, WF, Hydrotechnical, Marine projects will be an added value.
