Responsibilities

• Collaborate with game development and design teams to understand game specifications, mechanics, and objectives.
• Test the functionality of features as they are implemented, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate game builds, identifying and reporting any issues.
• Track and validate bug fixes, ensuring that issues are resolved effectively and efficiently.
• Assist in coordinating and conducting playtests with larger groups, gathering valuable feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
• Compile playtest feedback and meticulously log issues for the development team to address.
• Stay up-to-date with platform technical requirements, checklists, and submission processes, ensuring compliance and smooth game releases.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience in a QA role within the gaming industry (mobile, console, and Nintendo Switch) on games gone to market.
• Experience developing or testing games built in a popular game engine.
• Experience shipping games on console or mobile platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, facilitating seamless teamwork with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills, a methodical approach to work, and unwavering attention to detail.
