Summary: The role of Junior Project Manager involves supporting the delivery of website builds and platform enhancements for a global Tier-1 consumer electronics brand across European markets. The position requires coordination between regional teams, HQ, and delivery partners to ensure timely and high-quality project execution. Ideal candidates will have early-to-mid-level digital project experience and thrive in a fast-paced international environment. This contract role is expected to last until the end of the year, with a strong possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end delivery of website builds and platform updates across European markets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including UX, development, eCommerce and regional stakeholders
- Manage project timelines, risks and dependencies to ensure smooth implementation
- Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders across multiple countries
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with European digital leads and partners
- Ensure alignment between HQ and regional teams on digital initiatives
- Support A/B testing, UX enhancements and accessibility initiatives (e.g. EAA compliance)
- Proactively identify risks and resolve issues before they impact delivery
Key Skills:
- 2–5 years’ experience in digital project management, eCommerce or website delivery
- Experience working on website builds, platform updates or digital transformation initiatives
- Exposure to managing projects across multiple markets or international stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management skills – comfortable working with senior digital leaders
- Experience within a large, matrix organisation is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of UX/CX principles and eCommerce environments
- Highly organised, proactive and confident communicator

The Change Partners are working with a global Tier-1 consumer electronics brand to hire a Junior Project Manager. You’ll play a central role in delivering website builds, platform enhancements and UX improvements across multiple European markets. Acting as the connective point between regional teams, HQ and delivery partners, you’ll help drive digital initiatives forward - ensuring projects are delivered on time, aligned across markets and executed to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early-to-mid-level digital project experience who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. This is a contract role until the end of the year, with a high likelihood to extend at a day rate of £176.
